A three-day leadership development program especially conceived for the members of the “Réseau Synapses”, the innovation experts network of SNCF (Société nationale des chemins de fer français – French national state-owned railway company). The objective: to understand the most pressing and most complex current challenges participants are facing; learn new ways to deal with an increasingly ambiguous context; and become better prepared to adapt their leadership style and create a culture of innovation.
